Each area has variety of options for configuration, support, and security that will allow us to tailor our pricing to fit your needs.

How much help does your business need?

Managed IT Department is like having your dedicated IT personnel. Never any labor invoices. Your get a known Technology & IT support budget.

Co-Managed is where we work alongside your internal IT team. We work well with others!

All labor is billed in advance, in blocks of 10 hours.

Just products are just the licensing and the portal access so you can manage the software.

We take care of all your technology needs from a labor standpoint at a flat rate.  We perform an assessment of your business and calculate what it takes to maintain business technology. All labor to support your staff, maintain your networks, cloud, and computers is included. 

No project, onboarding, remediation, or audit fees.

Unlimited HelpDesk is included, 24X7, with all US based techs.

All software and hardware project labor and upgrades are included when software and hardware are acquired through Select Secure Solutions and what is in place at the start of the support agreement.

We do require essential elements of our security stack to be used.

All software and services are billed monthly so you can grow or shrink according to a known budget.

  • Co-Managed

With Co-Managed IT we work alongside your internal staff, providing guidance and support on a Time & Material basis (TM).

Your staff has access to the same tools that out techs have for Remote Control, Monitoring, updating, Documentation of your systems, and the HelpDesk ticketing system.

For systems that we maintain for you, there is nothing your people need to do. 

Your internal staff works the HelpDesk tickets or can assign them to us.

Co-Managed support is available M-F 8:30AM to 6:00PM. Weekends by prior arrangement.

  • Managed Detection & Respond for Endpoint and SaaS

Just need assistance on the security side? We got you!  We can help you secure your computers, servers, mobile devices, medical equipment, point-of-sale systems and more while providing the eyes and ears as it were to assist you. 

We can setup a remote session or come onsite to assist your team with the installation. Our team assists with monitoring and configuration. Alerts and actions items provided.
