For systems that we maintain for you, there is nothing your people need to do.
Your internal staff works the HelpDesk tickets or can assign them to us.
Co-Managed support is available M-F 8:30AM to 6:00PM. Weekends by prior arrangement.
Just need assistance on the security side? We got you! We can help you secure your computers, servers, mobile devices, medical equipment, point-of-sale systems and more while providing the eyes and ears as it were to assist you.
We can setup a remote session or come onsite to assist your team with the installation. Our team assists with monitoring and configuration. Alerts and actions items provided.
